5 Tips to integrate materials into the scene

Mind Scale and Proportion (Ensure Texture patterns; bricks, tiles, wood grain, and others are property scaled to the model)
Balance Variety and Consistency (Combine Materials thoughtfully to avoid clutter while reinforcing design intent)
Use PBR Materials (Physically Based Rendering Textures ensure realistic behavior under light and reflections)
